Margaret White

Youth Worker and Psychologist

Margaret White is a warranted youth worker with a degree in Psychology (Hons) and Masters in Youth and Community Studies with specialisation on inclusion of young people with disability. She is part of Prisms, an NGO that caters for the needs of vulnerable young people and provides training for youth workers.

 

Margaret specialises in mentoring young people especially those coming from a disadvantaged background. She is also studying for Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy to support her in her work.

During the ICOM project, Margaret was the youth worker facilitating the project, coordinating between different professionals, supporting the young people and preparing the sessions for integration. She was also part of the process to support the young people in expressing themselves through song writing, singing and playing instruments.
